Overview

Are you a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, or have experience in a commercial office or marketing environment?

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator within our Marketing team. The purpose of the role is to help drive the commercial success of the Business Stream by providing day to day sales and marketing support to the Business Unit Managers, Product Managers, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Intelligence, Contracts, Sales Managers and Sales teams. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday and is based in Runcorn.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive marketing support to all business streams including coordinating on and off-site meetings, manging purchase orders and maintaining stationary requests and the store
  • Produce internal ad-hoc literature using relevant Microsoft applications/software
  • Obtain costs from print suppliers for new and existing printed material
  • Support and assist the Administration & Events Manager to organise exhibitions/study days and attend the events when required
  • Liaise with Product Managers and Marketing agencies regarding promotional campaigns, providing purchase order numbers for relevant jobs and ensuring all material is processed through the approval system
  • Be responsible for the management of the Fresenius Kabi marketing material approval system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Archive all completed documents/folders in relevant business stream and numerical order
  • Manage stock levels of literature and inform Product Managers of items needing to be reprinted or replaced
  • Work with Compliance to ensure Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organisations (HCOs) paperwork is recorded on the Disclosure Template and raise any purchase orders to ensure payment

Qualifications

  • Experience in a commercial office environment
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages and strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a good team player
