Are you a resilient and process driven Quality Assurance Officer, or an individual with strong administrative experience?

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to a Quality Assurance Manager, the role will be supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems. This role will be full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday and based in Runcorn.

Our product portfolio included a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products.

• Assist in the review and update of the supplier non-conformance (supplier complaints) process, including generating and amending procedures and forms and align processes with global procedures
• Support periodic quality review (PQR) processes by gathering and organizing relevant supplier data for review
• Maintain the external audit tracker, ensuring all supplier-related audits are accurately logged, monitored and updated as needed
• Draft Quality Agreements in preparation for review and updates by the Supplier Management team and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Assisting with the preparation of quality agreements in preparation for review and updates by the supplier management team and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Providing assistance to the line manager in performing their routine duties at work

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong administrative skills and computer literate
• Resilient and able to use own initiative to solve problems
• Ability to plan workload and follow processes
• Good communication skills
